For Media, Publications, and Content Creators
This guide explains how to properly refer to and represent the Satoshi Token (tSAT) in your articles, publications, and social media content.
Official Ticker Symbol: tSAT
| Context | Correct Format | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Twitter / Social Media | $tSAT | "Just bought 1M $tSAT tokens!" |
| Publications / Articles | $tSAT or tSAT | "The tSAT token represents satoshis on Solana" |
| Technical Documentation | tSAT | "Each tSAT equals 1 satoshi" |
| Full Name | Satoshi Bitcoin Stablecoin | "Satoshi Bitcoin Stablecoin launched today" |
There are two distinct image sets for different use cases. Understanding when to use each is important for accurate representation.
Usage: Use these images when referring to "satoshis" in general — the smallest unit of Bitcoin (1/100,000,000 of a bitcoin).

Why the Plus Sign?
The "+" symbol indicates this is a tokenized version, similar to how tBTC uses the "t" prefix. This is why our ticker is $tSAT (not $SAT) — the "t" stands for "token" or "threshold," matching the tBTC convention.

Important Note for Long-Term Coverage:
We maintain separate branding (Satoshi vs. tSatoshi) because we have plans to create a Satoshi Chain — a Bitcoin second-layer solution that will be different from what we have today.
"To provide a secure, cheap, and fast method for everyone to use Bitcoin — one way or another."
| Item | Current (tSAT) | Future (SAT Chain) |
|---|---|---|
| Ticker Symbol | $tSAT (tokenized) | $SAT (native) |
| Image Type | tSatoshi (with + sign) | Satoshi (no + sign) |
| Platform | Solana blockchain | Satoshi Chain (Bitcoin L2) |
| Backing | 1:1 with tBTC | Native Bitcoin integration |
